Executive Director

LoAnn Jundt

Ms. Jundt is the Executive Director of Argonauta Educational Programs Inc., the nonprofit corporation which operates Montessori School House/Maria Montessori Elementary of San Diego, a private school for children ages 3-12, and the Montessori Teachers College of San Diego. Ms. Jundt has taught all ages from preschool to college graduate. She received her Montessori Credential for 3-6 in London, England in 1965 through the international Association of Progressive Montessorians (IAPM). Ms. Jundt attended the Advanced Montessori Training Course in Bergamo, Italy in 1980 and holds the Montessori Credential for Elementary school ages 6-12 from the Association Montessori International (AMI).

Facilities

Montessori Teachers College of San Diego's courses are conducted in the fully equipped classrooms of Montessori School House and Maria Montessori Elementary, located at 4544 Pocahontas Avenue, San Diego, California 92117.

Early Childhood Pre-requisite for 6-9 Course

To satisfy "California Ability to Benefit" requirements, if the student does not have a college degree, a qualifying test must be taken before the first day of the academic component. This test does not cover any subject areas but rather screens for possession of minimum language, logic, and number skills.
