2. How Our Website Forms and Tools Work

• Request Info form: When you submit the Request Info form, your name, email address, phone number (optional), program of interest and message are sent by email to our Program Director so she can reply to you.
• Applications: Our Early Childhood and Elementary applications use Google Forms. Information you submit there is collected through Google on our behalf and is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Field visit calendar: The field visit calendar on our password-protected Adult Learners page collects your name, email address, phone number and address so we can schedule your field consultant visit. Your booking is stored on our website, and a confirmation email is sent to you and to MCTE.
• Video: The video on our website is hosted by YouTube and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. It does not load until you click play. Once you play it, YouTube (Google) may collect information about your viewing as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and review applications for admission
• Communicate with you regarding programs or inquiries
• Schedule field consultant visits for enrolled adult learners
• Improve our website, programs, and communication materials
• Maintain accurate records for accreditation and compliance purposes

• Accrediting organizations such as the American Montessori Society (AMS) and the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) when required for credentialing
